By purchasing Trakx GPS hardware or subscribing to our software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Trakx GPS provides a vehicle tracking and fleet management platform. Our service includes the provision of hardware devices, a web-based dashboard, and mobile applications for monitoring vehicle telemetry and location.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to the Trakx GPS platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension of tracking services and data access.

4. Proper Usage

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of GPS tracking is compliant with local laws in India. Trakx GPS is not liable for unauthorized tracking of individuals or assets without proper consent.
