By accessing or using the TrakX mobile application, web platform, and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
TrakX provides GPS-based vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, including real-time location tracking, trip monitoring and history, alerts and notifications, and device and vehicle management.
3. User Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform.
- Misuse tracking data or violate privacy of others.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
5. Device & Data Accuracy
Location data depends on GPS, network, and hardware performance. TrakX does not guarantee 100% accuracy or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or signal failures.
6. Subscription & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with prior notice.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data to provide and improve our Services. You retain ownership of your data.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may request account deletion at any time via the provided deletion process.
9. Limitation of Liability
TrakX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, business, or revenue, or issues caused by third-party devices or networks. Use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks are owned by TrakX Technology Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable courts in India.
